Primary CNS Lymphoma Presenting with Brachial Plexopathy

A patient had a traumatic right rotator cuff, after some months, it was later presented with weakness. Brachial plexopathy was diagnosed based on electro-diagnostic studies. Further investigations discovered a primary CNS lymphoma.
